Swap In The City UK upcoming event on Thursday 24th April for Fashion Revolution Day, will bring  a sociable stylish event celebrating fashion while ladies can relax and have  fun.

Fashion Revolution Day will be recognised in memory of those who lost their lives or injured in the Rana Plaza factory disaster. The complex collapsed in Bangladesh killing 1133 people. Today people are still suffering as a direct result of our fashion supply chain.

Fashion Revolution Day says enough is enough.

Fashion Revolution Day is about making a big changes and plans for a better fashion world celebrating fashion and raising awareness of the fashion industries biggest challenges in making fashion more transparent. On April 24th people across the globe from designers to high street shops, from cotton farmers and factory workers, to academics and the media and anyone who cares about what they wear, will come together to say the same.

You can get involved and be a part of Fashion Revolution Day, help show your support by wearing an item of clothing inside out on 24th April photographing it and post it with the hashtag #insideout. Be curious find out who made your favourite garment by simply asking ‘Who made my clothes?’
